Georges Robert Chairs
Set of four Brutalist-style chairs created by French designer Georges Robert dating from the 1950s. Although designed for country houses, the typical country style is absent: the aesthetic aspect is taken care of only by the lines and angles of the structural elements that make up the chairs. Thus, the feet of the latter form real elongated cones, being wider at the bottom than at waist height. In perfect condition in both seat and structure. France, ca. 1950.
